Welcome to Healthy Heads (“Healthy Heads”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.healthyheads.co.in (“Website”), including your account, purchases, products, services, consultations, wellness programs and other features made available through the Website.
By creating an account, clicking “Sign Up”, “Create Account”, “I Agree”, or otherwise using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with Healthy Heads. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not create an account or use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to create an account and transact through the Website.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use or transact through the Website only through your parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law and with the required consent.
Healthy Heads reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes that a user is not eligible to use the Website.
2. Creating Your Account
To use certain features of the Website, you may need to create a User Account. You may be required to provide your name, mobile number, email address, password or other authentication details. Account verification may be carried out through OTP, email, SMS or another verification method.

- Do not impersonate another person.
- Do not create multiple accounts for improper or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not provide false or misleading information.
Healthy Heads may suspend or terminate an account if information provided is false, misleading, incomplete or materially inaccurate.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account. You must not knowingly share your password, OTP or other authentication credentials with another person.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify Healthy Heads immediately at info@healthyheads.co.in. Healthy Heads will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security of your account, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful and personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
- Impersonate another person.
- Interfere with the Website or another user’s use of it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
- Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful software.
- Scrape, crawl, copy or commercially exploit the Website without permission.

Healthy Heads will endeavour to provide accurate information but does not guarantee that every description, image or other Website content will always be completely error-free.
6. Orders and Purchases
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product/service information, the information provided by you is accurate, you intend to purchase the selected products/services, and you agree to the applicable price, delivery, payment, return/refund and other conditions displayed at checkout.
Placing an order or selecting “Confirm Purchase” constitutes your offer and agreement to purchase the selected products/services, subject to acceptance and availability.
All purchases are also subject to Healthy Heads’ applicable policies, including its Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund Policy and other policies displayed on the Website.

Healthy Heads may provide payment options including online payments, UPI, cards, internet banking, wallets, cash on delivery or other methods made available at checkout.

All prices and payments on the Website will ordinarily be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Jurisdiction / seat of arbitration: Pune, Maharashtra, India, as specified in the existing Healthy Heads Terms.
