Seller Application – Terms

Healthy Heads is a health and wellness platform that works with selected sellers, brands, professionals and service providers offering products and services aligned with our standards of quality, safety, authenticity and customer value.

By submitting your details, you are applying to be considered for onboarding as a seller/partner/service provider on Healthy Heads.

1. Application, Not Onboarding

Submitting this application or creating a seller account:

Does not confirm approval, onboarding or partnership with Healthy Heads.
Does not grant you any right to list, promote or sell products/services through Healthy Heads.
Does not create any commercial relationship between you and Healthy Heads.

All applications are subject to internal review, and selection shall be at the sole discretion of Healthy Heads.

2. Information You Provide

You confirm that:

All information and documents provided by you are accurate, complete and up to date.
You are legally authorized to represent the brand/business or provide the services/products submitted.
All products and services offered comply with applicable laws, regulations and required certifications.

Any false, incomplete or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension or removal from Healthy Heads.

3. Evaluation & Approval Process

Healthy Heads may evaluate sellers based on criteria including:

Product/service quality and safety
Authenticity and credibility
Category and platform fit
Pricing and customer value
Relevant licenses, registrations and certifications
Brand reputation and customer experience
Alignment with Healthy Heads’ health and wellness standards

Healthy Heads reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend or discontinue consideration of any seller without being obligated to provide a reason.

4. No Commercial Relationship Until Agreement

Submission or approval of an application does not by itself create a commercial agreement.

If selected, the seller may be required to complete a separate Seller/Partner Agreement specifying applicable terms, including:

Products/services to be listed
Pricing and discounts
Commission or revenue-sharing structure
Payment and settlement terms
Delivery/fulfilment responsibilities
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Marketing and promotional arrangements
Other applicable commercial terms

Only after completion of the required agreement and onboarding process will the seller be permitted to operate on Healthy Heads, subject to applicable terms.

5. Seller Responsibilities

The seller shall be responsible for:

Maintaining the quality, safety and authenticity of all products/services.
Providing accurate product/service descriptions, prices and claims.
Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, approvals and certifications.
Fulfilling orders or delivering services within the committed timelines wherever applicable.
Handling applicable customer complaints, replacements, refunds and after-sales support wherever applicable.
Complying with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Healthy Heads may take appropriate action if a seller fails to meet these requirements.

6. Product & Health Claims

Sellers shall not make false, misleading, exaggerated or unsubstantiated health, nutritional, therapeutic or medical claims.

Where applicable, sellers must provide supporting documentation for claims, certifications, ingredients, benefits or other information requested by Healthy Heads.

Healthy Heads reserves the right to modify, reject or remove any listing or claim that does not meet its standards.

7. Data & Communication

Information submitted by sellers may be used for:

Reviewing the application
Seller verification and onboarding
Business communication
Managing the seller relationship
Processing transactions and related activities

Healthy Heads may communicate with sellers through email, phone, WhatsApp or other appropriate communication channels.

Seller information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements and Healthy Heads’ applicable privacy policy.

8. Platform Scope & Market

Healthy Heads primarily operates in the Indian market.

Sellers must be capable of legally supplying their products/services within the applicable geographic area and comply with all relevant Indian requirements.

International sellers may be considered subject to applicable legal, operational and commercial requirements.

9. Suspension or Termination

Healthy Heads may suspend, restrict or terminate a seller’s access or listing where there is:

Violation of applicable laws or Healthy Heads’ policies
Misrepresentation or inaccurate information
Product/service quality or safety concerns
Customer complaints or misconduct
Breach of the Seller/Partner Agreement
Any conduct that may adversely affect customers or the Healthy Heads brand

10. Limitation of Liability

Healthy Heads shall not be responsible for:

Losses arising from a seller’s products or services
Delays or failures in seller fulfilment
Incorrect information provided by the seller
Regulatory or legal non-compliance by the seller
Business decisions made by the seller based on the application or onboarding process

The seller remains responsible for the products/services supplied by them and their compliance with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Pune.
